We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the restaurant which was always bustling with locals. The location, right next to the waterfront, was perfect for a relaxing beachfront getaway in Broughty Ferry. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing overnight stay at a charming inn close to the water. The cozy pub with a real fireplace was a highlight. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast served was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices for drinks. The room was fantastic, spacious, and very clean. We even had a large HD TV and a tea and coffee machine in our room. it was a V V good stay and we would definitely recommend this gem of a place.

They always had a smile on their face and were quick to assist with any requests I had. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, making it easy for me to relax after a long day of work. the location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the town center and the beach, allowing me to explore during my free time.
One of the negatives was the noise level in the hotel.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is remarkable. I loved the inviting atmosphere of the hotel, especially in the evening when the pub came alive with warm and friendly vibes. The staff made us feel like regulars and ensured we were aware of any special events happening. The rooms with en-suite were comfortable and had a lovely view of the river. The selection of real ales in the bar was superb, and we enjoyed watching sports on TV while sipping our drinks. The shower in the room was great, and the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
